San Diego Fun!

We enjoyed our time in San Diego and decided that next time we need more time in this super fun city! We loved living here when we were in school and found that we still love it just as much. If only the State Department had employment options here. . . . and no suggestions of a Tiajuana post, it's really not appealing!

We enjoyed the beautiful coast, walked through La Jolla, saw a seal, and hung out with family and some friends.  We were really sad to see that Seal Beach is no longer protected and as a result the seals are not coming ashore anymore. Hopefully someone will wise up and try to protect this beautiful beach the seals used to rest on. We watched protesters on both sides and donated money to the save the seals side. Do we really need another tiny stretch of beach when the coast is filled with them? We say let the seals have their beach!
