Maple Gym Field Trip

For the last field trip of the year, the school arranged for a local gym, Maple Gym, to come and teach a class to the kids. This gym is awesome. The classes are all taught in English, and the owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. When we first got here Emily took ballet here, and after this field trip I need to find a class for Hannah; she loved it!

They brought their whole crew of teachers and taught a class that included tumbling, running, parachutes, taekwondo, etc. All of the kids loved it. It was a particularly hot day, and they needed a water break by the end. But the pink, sweaty, smiling faces told it all!

Emily's class was first. My pictures of her class aren't quite as good. . . . I was a bit worried about getting in the way. By Hannah's class I wasn't so worried anymore! Maddie loved being a spectator. She so badly wants to be able to keep up with her older sisters. Give her a few months and she will be!

Emily and her friend Rania, from Indonesia.

Sweet Mad taking it all in.

Warm Up

Such personality!

I think Jake was having fun. . .

Go Hannah, go!

Jean

Dylan. I incidentally think this little boy is adorable.

Hannah and Madison. Not sure who they are posing for!

Cool down and a bow to express their appreciation.

Looks like a lot of fun for your girls.

What are they doing in that first couple photos? Rolling around in hugging position?

It looks like something I do with my kids in our king sized bed when they coming bounding in on us in the morning. We call it "rolly huggy" Who knew it was really gymnastics! Bonus!
