Hannah-isms

Today having realized I am three weeks from my due date, we decided to run to Target for some newborn diapers, etc. Hannah proved to be a riot the entire time.

As we entered the store an older gentleman with white hair and a white beard caught Hannah's eye. She walked right up to him and said "Hi!" He smiled and returned her greeting. She kept smiling and said "how you doing?" He responded and I embarrassed, tried to usher her away. As we walked off she turned around and said "Bye Santa! I love you!" Wow. Thankfully he laughed, though I doubt as hard as I have.

I had both girls sitting in the cart and as we approached the infant/toddler section an Easter display caught Hannah's eye. She pointed to a pink dress, literally gasped and said "Oh the dress of my dreams!" Needless to say we are now the owners of a very pink Easter dress. She hugged it to her through the entire store occasionally telling me about her "dancing dress" or exclaiming "thank you so much, I love it!" She insisted on holding it in her car seat, and putting it on the minute she got home. As I slipped it on her she exclaimed, "oh wow, I so beautiful!" Here she is in the dress of her dreams:

You sounds like a girl of Mommy dreams, too, Hannah. ^_^ And you're right, you so beautiful.

She is beautiful. Will you buy me a pretty pink dress too? I am sure CJ would just die if I saw me in one.

Don't you just love Target? That is the place I missed the most when we lived in Korea. I think I cried when I went there for the first time after getting back to the US.

Hannah's dress is beautiful! And she looks like a pretty princess in it, too!
