We took the girls to Meyer Park today to play and feed the local wildlife. The park has a pond in it that is home to both geese and nutria. Nutria are really ugly. They look like a cross between a gopher and a rat. And their teeth are orange. Seriously. They love to eat bread, though, so the girls love to see them.
The girls spent the rest of the time playing Land Before Time on the playground. Their creative play was complete with climbing mountains (climbing wall), earthquakes (falling off said moutain) and trips down the slippery stream (blue slide). I love to watch them play together!
