Catamaran Ride and Dinner for Four

We went out today on the Cool Runnings catamaran for a day of sailing and snorkeling. At our first stop we saw tons of huge sea turtles. This time Emily was brave enough to touch them, and once she started touching their shells she just wanted them to keep coming. They really are beautiful! At the second stop we snorkeled around some wrecks in Carlisle Bay. We had to move away from one wreck after a barracuda was spotted. Then we had lunch and sailed out in the ocean at an impressive clip for about an hour. We saw tons of flying fish during the sail which was cool. I had yet to see these and as their name predicts, they literally are flying fish. They jump out of the water fly a bit and go back in. Pretty crazy.
We all had a great time and returned home tired and sunburned (especially the poor twins who got bad looking burns on their tiny arms!) I love the catamaran, it is hands down one of our favorite things to do here.

After a good nap for all interested parties Tyler, Nick, Sarah and I all went to dinner at a very nice restaurant called Champers. The food was absolutely killer. We all had some form of fresh fish with yummu sides and sauces. The deserts were to die for. The restaurant sits right on the ocean wall and from our table we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water. The best part though was it was grown-ups only! No sippy cups or diapers or having to eat horrendously fast. It was so nice! Happy early Valentines Day!
